At the age of 17, he was introduced to the stock market by one of his friends and that changed his fortune. At that time, he used to work in the call center at night and then trade in the morning hours. Nithin borrowed money and worked up his trading account.

As a result of the debt, he worked in a call center for four years. He kept working in the call center to make some capital. With the help of this capital and other saving, he started his journey as a sub-broker and partnered with Kamath associates as a proprietor trader, and become a franchise of reliance money in 2006.

Nikhil Kamath’s net worth is $1.5 billion. In May 2021 Nikhil Kamath received Rs. 100 Crore as salary. He is the highest-paid co-founder in the Indian startup ecosystem.
